Who we are
This website is run by ELITE GENESIS - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the personal data described on this page is used.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message that you type in. We do not ask for anything else.
What is processed automatically
To protect the form from spam and abuse we also process your IP address and the country it appears to come from. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service from Cloudflare that checks whether a visitor is a person. Turnstile runs in a frame served by Cloudflare and looks at technical signals from your browser. Cloudflare also hosts this website and delivers the email that the form sends.
Why we use your data
We use your name, email address and message to read and answer your enquiry. We use your IP address and country only to detect and prevent abuse of the form.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Your message is sent by email to the company mailbox. This website does not store messages and has no database of them. We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and for our business records, and then delete it.
We share data only with the services that make the form work: Cloudflare, for hosting, security checks and email delivery, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use technical cookies or similar storage when it delivers the site and runs its security checks. Cloudflare's own privacy information explains how.
Your rights and questions
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. We do not publish an email address, so please use the contact form on the home page and say that your message is a data request.
